Report Title: DETERMINATION OF A REQUEST FROM BLOOR HOMES FOR PERMISSION TO APPEAL
THE DECISION OF THE SOUTH AREA DEVELOPMENT CONTROL SUB-
Decision made by Cabinet Member: To approve permission, in accordance with Scheme
of Delegation 2.02(j) for Bloor Homes to appeal against the South Area Development
Control Sub-
Reason for Decision: The planning application put forward by Bloor Homes represented
a worthwhile and meaningful achievement of as many of the aims of Policy AP202 as

Low number of residential units proposed for Manor Terrace?
First complaint
the number of houses was increased from 150 to 175
Second Complaint the number of houses was increased From 175 to 187
And so it went on until the jackpot of 209 was reached.
what a farce!
Shhhhh ! don't you dare complain anymore or else you will be punished by skyscrapers being built all around
