Winter Sunset at Felixstowe
December Winter sunset at Felixstowe , suntrap of the East Coast. The calm mill pond like sea and fishermen enjoying the ozone waiting for a catch. This idyllic setting is a regular sight along the South Seafront at Felixstowe.
The promenade nicely repaired after the sea surge damage caused in November 2007 and now waiting for the winter storms.
Fishermen now can easily fish from the promenade as the tide comes in so high due to beach erosion caused by dredging and neglect of sea defence. Unbelievably the council still intends to build houses on land just behind where the prom is most often damaged by the sea.!
