2008 Felixstowe’s Fate
Maidstone Road Baptist Church Felixstowe
‘1808 and all that’ was used by the Dr Mark Reid Pastor of MRBC to introduce the Maidstone Road Baptist Church 200 year anniversary celebrations which included a Flower Festival held in the building.
Beautiful floral displays were on display provided by members of the church and many flower clubs and churches in the area. Various planted footwear was on display both inside and out, and the children of the church C-Kers group made the rainbow seen below with pictures depicting the story of Noah.
A historic record was on display with photographs and information concerning the church over the years. Which added to a very interesting visit.
