Recharge work Observers see feverish activity The Ville was used to great effect in the beach recharge work at Manor End this afternoon 13 June 2008 with host of dumper trucks, Jcb’s a dazzling display of efficiency was shown as rocks being dumped and moved around with beach material being levelled.
As can be observed though from this picture the cascading rocks are much lower in the water than previously seen ?
