Felixstowe Art on the Prom 2008

Art on the prom  31 August 2008 took place commencing with glorious suntrap type weather with more artists than ever displaying and selling their work. There was something for everyone with workshops situated in art in the gardens featuring up and coming younger artists with puppet sculptures  by local school children.  

The tremendous amount of local talent was apparent with Musical entertainment juggling and even Long John Silver with parrot in tact.

Front End volunteer of Felixstowe Radio Trevor Lockwood seen here displaying the rear end media fish tea shirt logo together with the lovely ‘Classical Ann’ renown for supplying  satisfying and soothing  music over the Felixstowe Radio Station.  Crowds of interested people  collect information from this enterprising  and far seeing station.
