The meeting councillors agreed to adjourn and defer a decision because they did not have all the information needed was held at the Town Hall  at a time when most people were at work and where disabled people could not access. The public were told they could not speak  councillors were also banned from speaking  by a procedural  trick to accept the scheme that Suffolk  Coastal wanted to bulldoze through.
